[Feature Request] Auto cycle through servers until valid url is returned #256

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When selecting an episode to play, it can take server attempts to find a server that actually works.

Describe the solution you'd like NineAnimator should auto-cycle through all the servers until a valid URL is returned.
