Changes:

Update contribution guide
Update LICENSE.md to Marcus
Update Copyright date
Add content for source development
Add Runtime Configurations.md to navbar & sidebar
Simplify navbar and sidebar configs
Add config to hide code block lineNumbers below 4 lines.
Add Backup Viewer page (under docs/.vuepress/components/BackupViewer)

Not sure whether source development documentation are correct, may require some amendment.
