Added Language: Simplified Chinese (Chinese Mainland) / 简体中文（中国大陆） Traditional Chinese (Taiwan) / 繁體中文（台灣） Traditional Chinese (Hong Kong SAR) / 繁體中文（香港特別行政區）

If there are any question, plz let me know zh_hk is not available for some old Minecraft version, but it should be fine to leave it in file I guess
