[Bug] packedup-1.0.25-mc1.16 requires forge version incompatible with 1.16.1 #35

Description of the Bug requires forge version 35, 1.16.1 forge version ends at 32. File description on curseforge says file is for 1.16.1

I've lowered the minimum Forge version to 32.0.0 now in Packed Up 1.0.25a.
