Description of the Bug game output says Reference map 'supermartijn642configlib.mixins.refmap.json' for supermartijn642configlib.mixins.json could not be read. If this is a development environment you can ignore this message and then refuses to load backpack recipies

That is a generic warning and has nothing to do with anything.

The upgrade recipes not working has been fixed now in version 1.0.30a. Thank you for reporting the issue!
