Update gradle-wrapper.properties #49

Was unable to download gradle with the old distributionUrl.

Seems those old links have been removed at some point. Since I have the gradle versions still cached for a bunch of my mods, I don't notice immediately. I have been slowly updating these links in my mods whenever my caches get invalidated.
