[Feature] Mekanism gas support

Feel free to make a PR, however keep in mind that Mekanism needs to be an optional dependency.

My own opinion on adding support for Mekanism gasses:

• Mekanism gas support is not something essential for Tesseract and thus it does not have a high priority
• It is not an easy thing to add, thus it will be a substantial time investment for me when I even feel like working on it
• Mekanism is not available for 1.14 and 1.17, thus supporting it will further increase differences between the branches in the repository. This makes it harder for me to compare between different versions and keep all versions feature equivalent

I would like to add Mekanism gas support at some point, however I feel like some of my other mods could use the time more currently. Once I am happy with the state of my other mods, it will just come down to when I feel like working on this.
