[Feature] Add the ability For tesseracts to optionally handle other Energy Types than FE/RF #82

I've recently been playing the 1.4.7 iteration of FTB Ultimate which has the different types of tesseracts. That part is fine but I noticed that the Energy Tesseract is able to transfer both MJ and EU in that version but this modern version only transfers FE based energy types I've also been playing FTB Ultimate Anniversary Edition which includes FTB Industrial Contraption Zaps (the lightning bolt energy type) which similarly to EU converts 1 Zap to 4 RF but unlike EU is able to convert Zaps seemingly natively with its cables to RF (but RF cannot power FTB IC machines), I was a bit disappointed when I tried to use a tesseract to transfer my Zaps over long distance through a tesseract which the tesseract recognized that a connection was made but no energy was actually sent through it. I'm not sure if this is an FTB Industrial Contraption issue or not but it seemed to work fine with other mods in terms of converting energy. While I do mention Zaps here I'd like to have most of the energy types implemented ideally similar to how mekanism cables are able to convert between the different energy types, I think tesseract should be able to send optionally (through config), other power types such as joules, MJ, EU, Zaps etc For clarification sake, I am not asking for tesseracts to act as a power converter but simply for it to be able to carry other energy types than RF/FE etc DeflatedPickle made this awesome chart which might help you! https://gist.github.com/DeflatedPickle/403e1eb0bb0bed7f2509142e63630726/

I would also like to suggest add the ability for tesseract to be compatible with Industrial Craft 2 Classic
