Additional buttons for common activities

Replace "Insert" Button with 4 buttons:

• [x] "Insert" - does what insert currently does...copies the text into the UR for manual edit/send. This has been deemed unneeded based on changes in UI and application flow
• [ ] "Send" - copy the text into UR, Send, Close (and layers menu refresh if possible)
  • [x] Create Button
  • [ ] Submit comment
  • [ ] Un-select UR
• [ ] "Solve" - copy generic solved message, Send, Solve, Save
  • [x] Create Button
  • [ ] Submit comment
  • [ ] Mark Solved
  • [ ] Un-select UR (not sure about implementing this)
• [ ] "NI" - copy generic not identified message, Send, Not ID'd, Save (use for the tons of "Ooops, I hit the wrong button", responses) If "Unresponsive 2" message is selected copy that instead of generic NI msg
  • [x] Create Button
  • [ ] Submit comment
  • [ ] Mark Not ID'd
  • [ ] Un-select UR (not sure about implementing this)

Please add comments to bottom regarding other common processes you would like to see shortened.
Please state the following:

• Actions you want "Automated"
• Clicks/Actions included
• Why you need/want this automated. (there have been issues with the concept of automation and saving users click)
