[BUG] The bot can't see when it's tagged in answers to other users #16

Expected Behavior

If I tag the bot in answer to an other user, it should answer.

Current Behavior

When tagging the bot in answer to an other user, the bot doesn't see it as a mentioning.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to a tweet from someone
  2. Tag the bot and ask it an article
  3. Wait a little
  4. No answer
