A few ideas :

Edit answer templates
Edit the trigger keyword
Edit Twitter API keys and tokens
See number of messages/day|week|month|year.

Ideas of stats :

Number of tweets per day/week/months
Ratio of likes to answers (by the authors of the requests)
Most requested articles
Ratio of found/not found

Does those metrics will be public some how ? It could be interesting, I think ? But maybe be careful if you do some metrics based on the authors as it may fall onto the GDPR
