Bitcoin only Full Mode selectable & Can't log in in full-mode #65

When I start Komodo in basilisk mode and log in I can activate BTC normally, am able to select all 3 modes.

BTC is only enabled for Full mode. That's why. Future release will have BTC enabled as Basilisk Mode too.
