Are you sure Iguana is Running? Unable to connect notifications when iguana is running fine. #8

  1. Starting iguana from terminal ( ../agents/iguana )
  2. Start gensys from /SuperNET/iguana/coins
  3. Start GUI, select Basilisk mode for BTC and BTCD.

Only Syscoin shows up, like reported in the previous issue.

Sometimes it pops up "Are you sure Iguana is Running?" and "Unable to connect to..." Even though Iguana is running fine in terminal doing gensys.

Can you please mention what Browser you are using? I noticed this kind of behaviour with Safari Browser. It shows the same error even if iguana is running. But the same steps with Google Chrome doesn't show any issue.

That error only indicates that the GUI is failing to connect to the API, Or it's timing out before getting any response from API, or there's some other issue which is causing API to not get any intended response.

I'll get back to it later.

I am using: Chromium Version 51.0.2704.79 Built on Ubuntu 14.04, running on elementary OS 0.3.2 (64-bit)

Can you please test if you are getting these same issues with latest builds of EasyDEX-UI as well ??

This needs to be retested again. Please reopen this issue again if observed the same behavior.
