add inotifywait 自动监控 to #4 #5

使用了Linux 系统级别的方法 inotifywait 监听目录文件变动 ref

todo: 监听特定后缀ext文件配置，目前为mkv mp4 iso

btw 你用的base镜像是不是可以换成精减一点的alpine
