Feedback for GET Project/{id}/Contacts #106

Hey team, we're not seeing the expected behaviour with this endpoint.

The sample request and sample response imply this should behave as a list when not suppling a $filter parameter but throws the error: The ContactProjects archive list provider requires a valid, nonzero ContactId restriction using the '=' operator

It functions correctly when specifying a contact ID filter, such as: $filter=contactId eq 2
