NOTE The user ID should not contain too many characters, because it is displayed in the ID columns in SuperOffice CRM, and space in these columns may be limited.

Where is the limit on characters?the total number..

Hi @KjellSve!

The backing field for the user ID (username?) is of course the associate name column. So looking at the associate database table you know that max associate name length is 239 characters.

Are you recommending recommending the page contains the max associate name length?
