I have changed this section so it no longer contains any screenshots etc for how to create and set up SharePoint sites, just a link to Microsoft Learn and some tips about type and privacy settings.

Thanks, @ErikLebiko ! I connected your PR to the issue I created for this after our meeting.

I'll merge this into the feature branch and remove unused images before merging to main :)
