1103 10.3.3 release notes #1104

Done with the changes for 10.3.3 - fixed some changes for 10.3.2 Only one new feature for Request.

Reverted some changes:

  • We cannot remove publish pages, especially without redirects. Place pages not intended for publication yet on a separate branch and not in the PR.
  • While not using numbered lists, most of the 10.3.2 edits are still applicable, improving clarity and consistency.

@digitaldiina It is important that Release notes is kept light and clear without any help 1.2.3. steps. I have also talked to EE, and he agrees with me on this. I have a clear vision in how to add text for tips&tricks on why and how to use this.

Please revert the text back to how I added it in my final release. If you disagree, talk to EE about it.

@kirstiaa as we agreed 2 weeks ago, the numbered steps have been removed. My changes this time are for clarity and consistency. I'm happy to discuss English readability in a meeting.
