Also added some clarification to the interests.md for the minimal number of items needed for headings to show, or how you can define preferences for this in admin.

@ejfasting we have a simple CRMScript example for person interests (contact/howto/crmscript/get-interests.md) Might be useful to connect these pages. Also, consider expanding get-interests.md.
