[Fixed] Artist Profile Wiki Note Edit Error #184

When you click the "Edit" button on an artist profile in order to access it's 
corresponding wiki page in order to edit the notes, if you try to remove the 
notes altogether and click Save, a blank error page loads, displaying the error:

Catchable fatal error: Object of class WikiPage could not be converted to 
string in /home/hypno/app/controllers/application_controller.php on line 173

Centos 6.5 / PHP 5.4.16 / Nginx 1.0.15 / mysql Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.5.31
Booru Version: 1.0.5 w/ public_6
