Add more Prometheus Rules examples #81

The README.md now has one Prometheus Rules example, which is great and already helped. But it would be much appreciated if other examples where also provided, so that the whole thing works with https://grafana.com/grafana/dashboards/19186-chrony/ out of the box.

UPDATE: I noticed that adding --collector.sources --collector.serverstats --no-collector.dns-lookups solved my problem, so this issue was opened wrongly.
