This enhanced version of "The Frozen Continent" has been submitted by the original author, Michel Di Salvo, via the forum1.

TODO: Remove the bilingual names. If a proper translation is set up, the language will adapt itself anyway.

Oh shit, I didn't see this one and just uploaded his changed version. If you want, you can rebase on top of it.
