Was it changed? Because now I am 99% sure it is impossible to pass without taking damage.

I doubt anything will happen unless you submit fixes to SuperTux/addons-src.

@brmbrmcar You should be able to re-arrange the icecrushers using the editor's snap to grid option. Can you find out the new positions and change them accordingly (open a pull request to addons-src. Thanks!
