Fix "Desert World" worldmap not showing custom tiles #34

Fixes an issue with the worldmap of the addon "Desert World" by "manuel". Adds a new version of the addon, which fixes this issue. Changes the respective entries in the 0.6.x index file as well.

Closes SuperTux/supertux#1579. Fixes SuperTux/addons-src#13.

Is this fixed in the source as well?

I haven't done anything in the source repository. If needed, I will make the changes there as well.

I couldn't find any instance of the desert world in our source repository in the first place.
