Add 0.6.3 tiles and sprites texture pack #44

Related to SuperTux/supertux#2357.

Adds a texture pack to the 0.7 index, which reverts various tiles and sprites to their 0.6.3 variants. Used to help with compatibility with old levels. It can also be added as a dependency to other add-ons, which require it.
