This PR aims to update and better structure/organize the credits file for the upcoming release.

TODO:

[x] Sort people into proper categories (Programming, Level Design, Music etc.)
[ ] Organize names by first name
[ ] Move inactive team members to "Past Team Member" section (needs further discussions)
[ ] Fix tabulation
[ ] Something else maybe...

Tabulation should also be fixed as a TODO.
