Update Coin template [Fixes #241] #259

Description of the Change

Revamp the "Coin" template & rename to "Token". See #241 for list of changes.

Possible Drawbacks

Users must go to the project files to read the code vs. the README, however, that's intended & based on the feedback we received will improve UX.
Potential for confusion from returning visitors but most visitors are new.

Verification Process

Ran & tested project locally.

@ChrisChinchilla I'm going to merge this - on the hook to wrap up these template revamps this week - but I welcome your feedback at any time & can incorporate changes next week. Overall this is a very similar update to #235 which you approved.
