Create project/organization components #417

Description of the Change

  1. Refactor all modals to have each modal separated to corresponding component/part of the application
  2. Add create project component - shows up in Dashboard when user doesn't have any projects
  3. Add create project modal - right top button in Dashboard
  4. Add create organization modal - sidemenu in Dashboard
