bug with hide HUD feature #10

if you return to the Title Screen after dying, when you return to the world and respawn, you will still have the HUD hidden (Multiplayer Hide HUD Workaround doesnt solve this)

if it is possible to fix this, please update to fabric 1.20.1 with support for fabric loader 0.14.22

This is likely due to how You Were Slain detects when to reactivate the HUD being solely handled by the death screen, and not reacting to when you leave the world. Nice catch!

A huge overhaul of this mod is something I'd like to do in the future, but is likely still many months away from being started. In the meantime, not leaving the world upon death or disabling the "Hide HUD" option should work for you.

Just wanted to add a (maybe) similar compatability issue: With mods like Inventory HUD+ it doesn't hide HUD info on death, the same way pressing F1 would do.
