Theme Not Changing #25

I've tried changing the theme in the XML file according to the instructions...it didn't work.

I tried other formats...it didn't work.

No matter how I try to format the argument in the XML to change the theme...it doesn't work.

Fixed in the latest, releasing soon. Issue was that I started moving some variables to the WiiSettings struct which apparently gets cleared shortly after the argument is assigned, these changes weren't supposed to be public and I guess I forgot to go back to it.
