Don't add meta box and list table column to post types which are not translatable #12

Currently the meta box and the list table column is added to all post types, even if they are not supporting translations.

A better approach would be to replicate the behaviour of Polylang as seen here.

Edit: The same applies to the bulk action for ordering a translation.
