4.2.1 Update username and password not work #1620

If i change the username or password,the version 4.2.1 can use old args login,the new args not login in.But if i use version 4.1.0,it's ok.

[inet_http_server] port = 0.0.0.0:9001 username = admin1 password = admin1

service supervisor restart

systemctl restart supervisor work
