Some general feedback courtesy of Josh Tauberer of GovTrack:

"* Department Data Coordinators; We need this at the federal level.

"metadata descriptions" seems overly specific and technical. "documentation" might be better.
::shudder:: APIs. APIs are a huge distraction.
"Cardinality" - I'm surprised by the level of specificity. I would add "data type" to this list though. Is the field an integer? An ISO date?"
