`crossTab` option is not working on latest version #293

Description

Passing crossTab: true option to useIdleTimer seems to have no effect. When downgrading to version 5.0.0, everything works just fine.

In 5.3.0 it works, looks like the issue was introduced in 5.4.0.

I'll need a reproduction for this. All the tests are passing and there are a lot of people using cross tab with the latest version without issue.
