Setup Camera interface #12

As a user, I want a clear shutter button to capture a photograph.

On ➕ :camera: you get the CameraView, briefly on loading I see the capture button which disappears whenever the camera stream appears. We need the capture button visible. Please fix this in setup/android-camera-button which you branch out from dev.
