[BUG] - Missing 'Scroll to Top' Button on the Login Page

Current behaviour

The Login Page does not have a "Scroll to Top" button. When users scroll down the page, they must manually scroll back up if they want to return to the top.

Expected behaviour

• The "Scroll to Top" button should appear after scrolling down (e.g., 200px).
• Clicking the button should smoothly scroll the page to the top.
• The button should be fixed in the bottom-right corner and match the site's design.
• It should work on all devices (mobile, tablet, desktop) without overlapping key elements on the page.
• Ensure keyboard accessibility and screen reader support.

Reproduction steps

1. Go to 'https://imagine-ai-17zf.vercel.app/'
2. Click on 'Login'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error - Not showing Scroll to Top Btn
