[BUG] --Navbar Item Placement Issue

Current behaviour

The specific item is currently displayed at the bottom of the page instead of being positioned at the top of the navbar.

Expected behaviour

The item should be displayed at the top of the navbar for better visibility and accessibility.

Reproduction steps

1. Navigate to the webpage where the navbar is located.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
3. Observe that the item is positioned at the bottom instead of the navbar at the top.
4. Check the navbar to confirm that the item is missing from the expected location. should be displayed at the top of the navbar for better visibility and accessibility.
