Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When loading the website, users are presented with a blank white screen, causing a poor initial user experience. and give the impression that the website is slow or not working correctly.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to add a preloading mechanism specifically for the website's logo. By preloading the logo image, we can ensure that it is readily available and displayed promptly when the website loads. This will improve the perceived loading speed and enhance the overall user experience.

Additional context @SurajPratap10 I would like to work on this can you assign me this issue under GSSOC'23 Instead of a white screen , the logo will appear
