11 years ago - Sacrificial (Magic) - Replaces mana cost with health cost.
- Of Bloody Willpower (Weapon) - Adds health cost (based on damage), increases damage by 15-25%.
- Dodgy (armor) - Adds 1-5% chance to negate all damage (dodge)
- Revengeance (armor) - Spawn explosive(s) upon death. Type and amount of explosives vary. (More rare versions would spawn dynamite, common ones might spawn grenades).
- Kamikaze - +50-100% Damage; -50-100% Defense
- Thorned (armor) - On hit, deals 1-20 damage to attacker
- Same concept could apply as NPC affix
- Day Walker / Night Walker (weapon) - Deals 5-15% more damage during the day/night
- Doom (weapon or armor) - Increased Monster Power (more powerful monsters spawn)
- Cursed - Negative effect on health, varies.
- Prevent player from using health potions (like a permanent potion sickness)
- Reduce or eliminate health regen
- Reduce health while equipped (like poison)
