Is your plan to add some segment helpers available on CodeIgniter? If you want, I can add them.

If you would like to add them, please go ahead and do a pull request. It's social coding afterall. :)

I've added three methods after combing through the codeigniter uri class and url helper for things not implemented in ee standard globals. Let me know if anything was missed or if I duplicated any native functionality.

Sorry, man! I just don't had time to do code. A new project fall down in my hands some days ago.
