I'm submitting this PR in a hope that someone else will be able to offer some help. Here's the current state:

ported and added a GCC9 patch for the wkhtmlpdf's QT fork (https://github.com/mareksuscak/qt/pull/1)
updated the script to build Alpine
build is still failing with the following error message
