Add Python 3.10.6 and wkhtmltopdf 0.12.5 #47

Hello @chdanielmueller Thank you a lot for your images! In our project, we need a 0.12.5 version for Python 3.10. Hope, it's not a problem to add it

Unfortunately I cannot easily add an older version without disrupting other people. I hope the nearest 3.10.6-0.12.6-full or newest 3.12.1-0.12.6-full works for you as well. Otherwise you can build your needed variation by yourself.

Could you please explain how does it work? As I thought you just upload new images to the docker hub and any version combination can be used, isn't it?
