Print out the version of surreal that was installed prior to running the tests.

@ProphetLamb Looks like the nightly build is not being install, just the standard release.

I am expecting the nightly to fail due the to integer index bug being fixed in the nightlies.

Well that is funny. The NIGHTLY switch is supposed to toggle that build branch. I tried recreating it in a docker container, and it would appear that export NIGHTLY=yes does exactly nothing. Will have to take a look at the surrealdby install script in more detail to find out what's going on...
