Does not work with international characters #29

Great software, but you can tell that it's coded by an american, because it 
breaks for my albums with å, ä or ö in the title :)
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have an album with an international character in the name, such as "ä"
2. Run phoshare via the command line.
3. I get this: 
New file: /Users/mpj/Dropbox/Photos/iPhoto Backup/Födelsedagsfest 
_riktig_/IMG_7996.jpg (resize)
/Users/mpj/Pictures/iPhoto

Actually, it is not coded by an American, and in general, it is tested 
thoroughly with and is known to work great with international characters, 
including German Umlaut characters, and even Chinese characters. Except for the 
resize option - which you seem to be using. That unfortunately triggers a code 
path that has some problems with international characters.  So your choices are:
a) don't use the resize option, or
b) don't use non-ASCII characters if you are using the resize option, or
c) contribute to the project (it is Open Source) and find a fix.
