Fixed get build log using HttpAuth, added custom get method #80

Here is 1 fix:

get_build_log_by_build_id returned 401 Unauthorized

And 1 extending:

custom method for downloading any from TeamCity and using not existing methods

By the way, thank for API SDK 👍

Looks like test already broken (i've rolled back to previous commit) and result are the same - some tests re failed

Ok one more description - it's for old legacy API version
