CLIENT: no gut option on animals #11

there is no option to gut animal in context menu, not sure but i think it stopped working when when option to remove ears appeared

I am aware of this, ran into an issue last not with my local hardware that stopped production. Have the fix ready to upload once I get set up.

Issue was related to the Trophy Ear scripting. Feature was removed, issue resolved.
