No Compiler Component Present in Route /compiler #14

Currently there is no compiler present to compiler Code.
I would like to add a simple Compiler Component.

Compiler Features

Will support 4 languages C++, C , python , java
Will Support User Input and Output.
Will Show Compilation Verdicts with Time taken to Compile.
Simple UI.
Below is Attached Sample
