I want to contribute by adding ML related algorithms built from scratch . My ML algorithm ( ex- Linear Regression, SVM etc) code is from scratch .My code will help beginners in ML to understand the algorithm steps by step deeply instead of using Frameworks.

@iamarecklessdev this repository is already excluded from hacktoberfest 2021. there is no point merging

Due to multiple low-quality PRs, the repo has been excluded from HacktoberFest by the team.

@SuryaSekhar14 then why are you merging pull request if you know its low - quality . Moreover you have not given my PR (which contained advance ML) hacktoberfest-accepted label .
