Customize atom:* elements by mapping entry:* properties to atom: namespace #26

Hello, 

As promised, I have created a first draft for the mapping of properties from 
entry to the atom elements. According to specs, the complete implementation 
seem to be quite complex so this would take some time.

If you look into the patch I have added other atom elements such as: 
atom:summary, atom:rights, atom:published, atom:author/email, atom:author/uri.

Please let me know if it's OK or should I modify anything.

Regarding unit test I will write one, I have to get accustomed to the layout, 
as I am new to OData and quite rusty on Java :)

I noticed that I must also update the metadata of the service to reflect the 
mappings.
