No accounting for Sugar Alcohol #22

This might be unavoidable, but it doesn't seem like this takes into account the amount of sugar alcohol in the foods against the net carb count.

How could it if MFP doesn't provide the info?

It would be nice to at least mention it in the README, or not actually call the number 'net carbs'.
